Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website, add your desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your delivery and payment details to complete your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as other payment options displayed at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the items ordered. Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping?

Can I track my order?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

How do I initiate a return?

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Products

Are your product colours accurate to what's shown online?

We do our best to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and photography lighting. If you have concerns, please contact us before purchasing.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Do you offer assembly services?

Some of our furniture items require self-assembly and come with detailed instructions. Please check the individual product listing for assembly information. We do not currently offer in-home assembly services.
