At Golden Furniture, we are committed to delivering your furniture safely and efficiently. Please read the information below to understand our shipping options, delivery timeframes, and costs.

Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to all states and territories across Australia, including metropolitan and most regional areas. Please note that some remote or rural locations may incur additional delivery charges or extended timeframes. Contact us if you are unsure whether we deliver to your area.

$500 AUD and over Free Standard Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch are as follows:

  • Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth (Metro): 5–8 business days
  • Regional Areas: 8–14 business days
  • Remote Areas: 14–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates only. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as public holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Large & Bulky Items

Some of our furniture items are large or bulky and may require special delivery arrangements. For these items, our delivery partner may contact you to schedule a suitable delivery time. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

Please note that our standard delivery service includes delivery to your front door or ground floor only. In-home placement and assembly are not included unless otherwise specified.

Damaged Deliveries

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and item immediately upon receipt.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours at support@goldenfurniture.com.au with your order number and photos.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
