At Golden Furniture, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand your options.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original, unused, and undamaged condition
  • The item is in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

Items that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless the damage is due to a manufacturing defect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalised furniture
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@goldenfurniture.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided by our team.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the outcome.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@goldenfurniture.com.au with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our Refund Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If a product has a minor failure, we may choose to repair or replace the item.
